Eric von Schledorn Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Technician to join our team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility!

Position Overview:

As a Parts Counter Technician, you will be the front-line expert helping both retail customers and service technicians quickly locate and order the right Ford parts. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers satisfied and our shop running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and technicians with parts identification, pricing, and availability
• Process parts sales, special orders, and warranty claims accurately
• Use Ford’s parts catalog systems and inventory management tools
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive parts experience (Ford experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stay active throughout the shift
